"PMC began work with the Los Alamos National Labs (LANL) Supply Chain Management team in 2005. At issue was our Purchase Requisitions (PR) system; our PRs were coming into our organization inaccurately, and often had to be returned for being either incomplete or incorrect. PMCs answer was to provide PR training, but included in that training was a twist, namely including processes developed by PMC Solutions Business Process Team using inProcess software. The list of processes created in our process website described how to fill out the PR form and also identified processes that detailed the logic of selecting the correct Purchasing method. LANLs Supply Chain Management team along with PMC Solutions has now defined the problem, examined the facts, and selected and implemented the potential solution via inProcess and our process website. We at LANL believe that as the number of systematically trained people goes up, the number of problematic PRs will go down and the Supply Chain team will become even more effective. PMC Solutions team of process experts, along with inProcess, executed the scope of our process project within the planned duration and within initial cost estimates. I would highly recommend PMC to any company seeking these qualities in an organization."
